South America - WPF provided funds to purchase a vehicle to transport life saving disaster relief supplies to over 170,000 victims of flood ridden areas in northeeastern states of Brazil.

In 2008, WPF purchased three mobile dental clinics for the tri-border area of Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay. This project provided vital dental services to the neediest in the tri-border region.

Additionally, WPF supported two medical teams that conducted clinics throughout the tri-border region. These teams provided medical services to many in dire circumstances who had never had medical treatment before.
